做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
