做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
