做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
