做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
