做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
