做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
