做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
