做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
