做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
