做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
