做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
