做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
