做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
