做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
