做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
