做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
