做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
