做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
