做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
