做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
