做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
