做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
