做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
