做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
