做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
