做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
