做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
