做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
