做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
