做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
