做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
