做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
