做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
