做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
