做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
