做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
