做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
