做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
