做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
