做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
