做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
