做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
