做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
