做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
