做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
