做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
