做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
