做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
