做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
