做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
